Enjoy south Tampa in the heart of Hyde Park. Minutes away from dowtown and all the great sites of Tampa. Enjoy the sunrise drinking coffee on the balcony while you get ready for the sights of Tampa. Great restaurants, bars, riverside, all within a few minutes drive. This is a DUPLEX unit within a house with A LOCKED ADJOINING DOOR. While I have done my best to isolate any sound, you may hear noises from the other side.
Avid traveler of our beautiful country and abroad! Love showing my kids new places and new faces. Enjoy sharing our carefully curated homes so you can do the same! I do not live nearby but you can text me at any time and I'll respond.
The house is located in a cul de sac off a main road with other duplex units. You will hear some traffic during the day but it gets quiet at night. We are walkable distance to Hyde Park Village and other restaurants. Many guests have stayed without a car. Note: One guest noted I have 'shady' neighbors. My next door neighbor has parked cars on his lawn. Admittedly, it is not great to see but hardly shady. While a car is recommended, there is a bus stop nearby and the area is walkable.
