Дуже вдале розміщення самого будинку, практично 3 хвилини до моря, закрита територія, є де поставити авто. Вихід на алею здоров’я, 20 сходинок вниз і ви на пляжі, поруч ресторану «Кораблик». Приємним бонусом було дві дитячих площадки біля ресторану, так як відпочивали з малюком. Самі апартаменти сучасні, чисті, просторі з усім необхідним. Техніка нова, два зручних розскладних дивани і великий обідній стіл. Все продумано до дрібниць, посуд для приготування та сервіровки, рушники, пледи для посиденьок на вулиці( є два розскладних крісла, які власник навіть дозволив брати з собою на пляж за потреби). Власник дуже адекватна та дружелюбна людина- у всіх питаннях йшов на зустріч, розповів та показав ЩО, ДЕ та ЯК. Помешкання ідеальне для відпочинку сім’єю.
