Sit back and relax in this quiet and stylish residence. Clean and modern apartment for up to 4 people. Two bedrooms with double beds. Living room and dining room with space for 6 people. Kitchen fully equipped, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. A/C and fans throughout the apartment. Washing machine and iron. Balcony facing west. The perfect apartment for a small family or group of friends, but also for the couple or solo traveler who wants peace and comfort. While being within walking distance to the center of Stone Town, you get to enjoy Zanzibari life and culture here. The area is residential with governmental offices and the music academy of traditional Zanzibari music styles. You can find restaurants of different cuisines a few minutes walk from the apartment building and outside of your door you will find the simple but welcoming local restaurants that serves street food, such as urojo.
Vuga is a safe and quiet area in Stone Town. Away from nightclub noise, but still central. There are several government offices in the area, which means security is high around the clock. The popular restaurant Lukmaan is a few minutes walk from the apartment building. 5-10 minutes to Darajani and in the opposite direction is the beach of Shangani, where Africa House, 6 Degrees South, Travelers Café, etc. is located. Next to the building there are a few local eateries and a small convenience store, and not far from the building you will find Lazziz Bakery and other convenience stores.
