This one bedroom apartment comes fully furnished with Air Conditioning, A Dish Washer, Cooker Hob & Oven, Fridge, a laundry area with washing lines, wifi. Coffee press, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, a terrace to enjoy in the evenings, a lagoon pool, 24/7 Security patrol units. A comfortable corner sofa and comfortable decor. You’re welcome to enjoy a piece of paradise from a cozy terraced apartment. 24/7 compound security is provided making this a safe and comfortable location.

The apartment is newly built and comfortable. It is located within a private development and is a 5 minute walk away from Paje”s aquamarine beach waters. Paje’s beach is lined with restaurants, cafes, hotels, music venues, and more. Hotels including boutique hotels are a short stroll away from apartment. These are lovely to visit and enjoy. Food delivery is possible and it’s becoming more popular in Zanzibar. ATM Cash Machines are a 10min walk away, couriers are available for grocery delivery. Taxis and other transport (Bike & Scooter Hire) are easily available nearby.
