In front of the hotel is a small playground, down the street is the tram that takes you directly to the Grand bazar and the center (Hagia Sofia) Around there are small shops and places to eat (cheap and good) and also a pharmacy, a place where you can buy phones and cellphone cards Across the street there is a bigger playground, a bus terminal and the old city wall (very nice, with a big gate) and also a very big city park and a metro station
