The staff was lovely! The airline lost our bags and the hotel staff helped us find places near by to get our necessities. They even did a surprise for my mother for her birthday (we were not expecting that at all!). The location is perfect as well. It is right next to the metro. Will definitely come back to this hotel next time we visit Istanbul.
