The Penthouse was spacious and clean. The shower and bedding was high quality, and cleaning/change of towels etc was available on request by simply toggling a switch on the door when needed. The location of the property was great, being very close to Istiklal street. The TV was huge and very good for watching movies / gaming. There was a document left on the table which noted a useful nearby supermarket and a few other places. The staff member I was in touch with via Whatsapp (Vera) was very polite, responsive and helpful with any questions and requests. It was very easy to arrange airport tranfers to and from Istanbul Airport via 'Welcome Pickups', the company Stay Lab uses.
