Hello there, We started our vacation home rental activities with the name "Miniq Homes" in August 2021 and we continue with four historical stone houses in the district of Foça in Izmir. So far, we have hosted more than 200 guests in our Miniq homes. Our goal is to provide our guests with the most comfortable vacation experience possible in these houses where we carry out accommodation activities. And when it's time to relax, you can curl up on our luxurious goose down pillows and duvets. And for those who need to stay connected, the house has a high-speed internet of 75 Mbps, and a comfortable office chair in the office area. The house is also equipped with 7 air conditioners, ensuring that you stay comfortable no matter what the weather is like outside. And if you want to enjoy some fresh air, our small garden with barbecue is the perfect spot to grill up some local seafood or vegetables. Our house is located just a short walk from the town's vibrant markets, restaurants and historical landmarks. We take pride in providing our guests with a comfortable and relaxing stay.
