We loved our stay at Teras Butik Apart in Karaburun. First of all the host, Orge, was super helpful both before and during our stay; he gave us suggestions and directions to get to Karaburun from Izmir via public transport and then he gave us a long list of places to visit and restaurants to try during our stay. He also helped us when we needed to order food or to book restaurants, so as to call speaking Turkish and not to get scammed as tourists. The place is amazing, our room was clean and it had all the comfort we needed, not to mention the terraces and the private stairway to the beach which allowed us to sunbathe and swim without the crowd of public beaches in summer. We would have stayed there more than 4 days because we really enjoyed the place and our stay was very relaxing. Karaburun is a gem of the area and staying at Teras Butik Apart is the best way to relax, go to the beach and enjoy the great view from the terrace.

What is luxury? If you are looking for the "real" luxury away from bling bling this is a great location. The situation in the bay of Karaburun is sublime. The rooms with a private balcony give privacy and amazing sunset views. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. There is a great terrace with direct access to the agean see - swim in clear water with the fish.
The Hotel is very clean and maintained all the time.
Örge is a great host. Invisible if you are looking for privacy, always available if you need something.
Stranded at Istanbul airport with a long layover, and after all the stress, staying at this hotel was exactly what I needed. Close by the airport and on the seaside. The staff were all amazing, welcoming me at 3am, amazing breakfast, they took me to a restaurant on the seaside and called me taxi to the airport when I needed to go back. The hotel facilities are amazing, clean and the staff are super welcoming. Highly recommending it for a short and even longer stay :)
This hotel is really convenient because is near the airport! the stuff is great!!! everyone is really nice! they all want to help you, we asked them where was the ATM machine because we wanted to tip them but they say don’t worry! that tells a lot about them! they are really nice without expecting anything In return! definitely going back there if I go back to Istanbul! 100%recommended! even the covid test was really quick.
I assume it is not an easy job to run a hotel. After staying there for 3 nights I have not been able to understand the Google reviews, am I so different? I see it as my fault, I should have done a better research; I expected the service of a boutique hotel but it seems to be an apartment service (in a hotelroom).
I do wish the fam all the luck with running the hotel.

We stayed at very spacious rooms with a lot of artistic characters and thoughts. The owner being a restoration specialist for historic buildings, this hotel used to be three village houses now connected and beautifully restored as one with a nice court yard, a lot of antiques and relaxing atmosphere.
The hotel is brand-new and offers very spacious, comfortable rooms in a relaxing location. I would actually call the rooms luxurious.
What I liked most is the attentive, friendly staff. I stayed this time only one night, but we will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Awesome seaside hotel. Listed to ocean waves at night. Arrived late after a flight (01:15 or so). Staff was super friendly and hospitable throughout my stay. Room was very comfortable with nice stone finishes throughout and modern bathroom fixtures. Great on-site cafe restaurant.
20 mins from the airport, New facility with nice rooms well furnished comfy bed and spacious bathrooms. The location is infront of the sea with magical view.

Very nice and comfortable small hotel close to the airport. I stayed in a room on the third floor with a couch, balcony and a sea view. It was superb. Staff was exceptional, especially thanks to Ece for her constant support during my stay.
Exploring the stunning Aegean coasts from this gorgeous home in Karaburun was an incredible experience. The house offered all the comforts of home and more, from the private beach to the BBQ facilities.
