Location of the property was superb, very close to Galata tower and all the shopping areas. Rooms were alright, not as big as imagines however service of the staff really made the stay extremely pleasant. Serif and both the other gentlemen (forgot to take their names) were excellent and extremely helpful. The politeness and attitude of the staff compensated any deficiencies of the property.
