Very friendly and helpful staff, always trying to meet your requirements and suggest something good to avoid problems and money waste. dont panic and be scared on windows view - it does not matter. The room itself is excellent, everything looks very stylish and luxury. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in shower, enough space for work with laptop and relax. Strong wifi everywhere. Spacial thanks for luggage storage for 2 hours after check-out and perfect invoice for my company

The location of the hotel was convenient for all transportations in Karaköy and close to many activities for tourists . The staff was friendly and eager to help with anything you needed such as info , especially Serkan and Baran , they helped as with every detail in our journey to discover everything we needed in Constantinople.

The most, price-value. You can enjoy a comfortable stay in a modern and clean room for about 50 euros per night. The location is good as well because you've got a pretty good access by walking to the different areas of Istanbul. It is also close to the underground and ferry stations. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful, especially Serkan. If we come back we probably choose this Hotel again.

The service from Sinan and Serkan was top quality. The room was nice and a good size. The bed was extremely comfortable. One of the best I've slept in. And the breakfast. Amazing. So much variety. And proper Turkish vibes. Also the location, walk down 2 minutes and you're at the bosphorus and a short walk from karakoy and Galata port with the amazing bars, cafes and nightlife. Walk up 2 minutes and you're at the Galata tower. Also a short walk from Taksim. Great value for money.

Nice hotel near the Galata Tower, Galata Bridge and Karaköy harbor. Very friendly staff and great breakfast. Location is good, a few blocks away from the more touristic spots, quite safe and silent at night

My company selected the Depiero Hotel for our team retreat. The employees there were excellent at handling our large group and managing the intricate booking details. We enjoyed a nice breakfast. The accommodations were cozy and roomy. Although it's situated a short distance from the busier tourist spots around Galata Tower, the area is tranquil at night, ensuring a good night's sleep, and feels very secure.

It is a few blocks away from the more touristic parts of the Galata Tower region, but very well connected to the public transport system
