The location was perfect. Room very clean and very big. The sfaff was very helpful and made sure that they assisted us with transportation recommendation and places to visit. The guys at reception were lovely, throughout our stay. Mustafa made us feel like we were home. Mustafa is very loving and warm.. I can not wait to come back to Turkey and stay at this hotel.

Charming hotel in an excellent location. Walking distance (approx 20min) to both Istiklal & Old Town, very safe and with lots of options for food & drink literary just around the corner! Hotel staff super friendly & helpful with everything. Breakfast not buffet style but with a selection of basic options served at your table instead. Mustafa, the restaurant manager, however will be pleased to cater for any special request. Thank you to everyone :)

Put simply- it was the staff. They were all magnificent - I know everyone raves about Mustafa (who is amazing), but all the staff at the hotel were warm, friendly and super helpful. The property is small but the rooms are large, with high ceilings giving the sense of space. The location is perfect - short stroll from the bridge which takes you into the heart of the old city. Galataport is right on the doorstep but there are also restaurants and cafes yards from the front door with the added bonus of a permanently manned police station for safety!!! This hotel was perfect for us. It’s not huge and doesn’t have a lobby, but I hope they use the space which was previously a gelato shop and convert it a lounge or coffee shop which guests can use. Oh and the breakfasts were generous and super tasty - we hardly needed to eat again after Mustafa had fed us!!
