This small 51sqm house is just 10 min walk away from the central square in the marina and 16 min walk away from the central beaches. It has a wide living room and başcony with an outstanding city view. Central bus station, hospital, banks, pharmacies, shops, food stores, restaurants & cafes, bazaar and other attraxions are all 10 minutes away by walking. If you'd like to connect with locals and wanna have a quite yet very central location, this is the right spot for you. It is one of the area that locals live. Most of the neighbor are natives. Even there are ducks, chickens, ghooses, cow in our neighbour's big garden in front of the house. One of your neighbor is a pharmacist, other is a doctor, and other is an local artist. Tourists are welcomed here always. They will definately live like locals do if that is what you are looking for. It is hard to find a house with a parking lot in Bodrum. But here it is not a problem.
