The location of the hotel is excellent and situated in the heart of Goreme. There are many eateries nearby, and gift shops can be easily found. We were delighted to find that the hot air balloon is situated on top of the hotel, which provided us with a breathtaking view. The breakfast was excellent, but we noticed that the menu was the same every day. The check-in and check-out process was straightforward. The staff was kind enough to offer help with our luggage, which we appreciated.
