Tastefully decorated with furniture designed specifically for the villa, you will have 220m2 of luxury and scenery for an unforgettable holiday in Thailand. Beautiful designer villa located on the west coast of Koh Samui, with a 180 ° view of the sea. Large living room with WiFi Internet (100mo) and cable TV (with Netflix) with sofa and dining table open on a large furnished terrace with sun beds. The non-chemical salt water infinity swimming-pool offers a 180 ° panoramic view of the sea. The first and second bedroom have a king-size bed, the third bedroom has two single beds. Three bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room-terrace. Air conditioning and fans throughout the villa. Everything is available at the villa : Internet Wifi, Cable TV, air conditioning, swimming pool, bed linen, sheets and bath towels, parking. The residence is protected and monitored 24/24H. A weekly Pool maintenance included. A deposit of 10.000 thb is payable locally upon arrival. Electricity is your responsibility for 8thb/kw. A photo of the electric meter will be provided at the entrance and exit of the villa to calculate the amount due to the manager during check out.

Neighbourhood information

5 minutes from the Chaweng Beach, the villa is ideally located. You will be close to the white sand beaches, the Thai nightlife, or the Central Festival shopping center. Big Buddha is 10 minutes away. Very easy access by the road. The airport is located 20 minutes from the villa.
