Such a special place! I was made feel very welcome by Yuppy & his lovely staff who were permanently kind & helpful. The atmosphere is laid-back Boho chic; honesty system, books & board games & good wifi, delicious and very reasonable food, overhanging the water, lots of places to loll & soak up the view. The location is superb, at the quiet end of long beach but only a few minutes from the Gecko Bar, good snorkeling around the rocks, excellent swimming 24 hours... Great water power in the shower and my outdoor seating area was like my private chill zone and Mum the lovely dog minded everyone. I extended my stay and was sorry to leave, though there were hugs and kisses all round Ps, when my moto taxi didn't show up to take me from Gecko Bar to the pier, Yuppy sent one of the boys to get me there, which was above & beyond the call of duty, and typified the level of care you'll find at Palm Beach. It's no surprise that people come back every year!

I loved my stay in the little studio with a lot of windows. It's like an eco bungalow all woody and nicely designed. Nothing fancy but just very enjoyable. The owner is multilingual and very friendly. There's place to lay down outside out Thai cushions, there places to sit crossed legs which i enjoy. No generator sound but the sea on the rocks.

Yuppie ist das Herzstück in dieser Anlage. ❤️ Er spricht sehr gut deutsch (mit Berliner Akzent, großartig) Mega guter wasserdruck im Badezimmer, das war nicht üblich auf der Insel. Wir besuchen ihn immer gerne und können nur eine ganz klare Empfehlung aussprechen.

Die Bungalows sind etwas versteckt, am Ende des Strandes in den Felsen und im Wald gelegen. Definitiv der schönste Fleck am Aow Yai um in Ruhe aufs Meer zu blicken, oder dem Sonnenuntergang zu zu schauen. Dazu gibt es hier das mit Abstand beste Essen und mit Jupi den wunderbarsten Gastgeber, den man sich vorstellen kann. Hier ist alles reduziert aufs nötige Minimum und die Währung, in der Preis/Leistung aufgewogen wird ist nicht Cash, sondern Herzlichkeit.
