Outstanding staff, upgraded room with insane jacuzzi, super comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, I felt like I was in a room fit for KimK! The breakfast was worth the hype; half service tabled, super delicious and healthy, some of the fanciest breakfasts I've seen, the swimming pool water was next level (so buoyant?!!) and they had a great promo for wellness that I won't spoil but I would absolutely recommend! Very highly regarded, every member of staff during our stay (15-17th March) were so friendly, polite, happy and helpful and you could feel they went that extra mile :)

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast (lots of great healthy options and variety!), friendly staff, nice pool. Beds were comfy, we ordered and tried extra pillows which was also great! Definitely a very relaxing "wellness" stay.

Accommodation: The Deluxe King Room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring high-quality amenities like glass-bottled water, a capsule coffee machine, a smart speaker, and a powerful hairdryer. The inclusion of a “sports kit” of a fitness ball, yoga mat, and video exercises was a thoughtful touch and a nice surprise. Facilities: The Be Well spa center on the ground floor was a standout feature, offering amazing massage menu and the highgest quality of service. The swimming pool, cozy outdoor area, and well-equipped gym were top-notch, while the hotel app made communication seamless. Service: The staff’s prompt and attentive response to any queries or needs ensured smooth and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

what's not to love? the room, the bed, the buffet breakfast, the pool, the facilities, the free chocolate, the location. all outstanding. highlight was breakfast, all of the healthy choices, and such a variety. loved our 4 night stay here. far enough to be quiet but close enough to the busy night-life and shopping. the free body assessment was a great extra. we slept so well in the dark cold room and the bed/linen was very comfortable. room service was a good price and quick to deliver from ordering
