Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking-in at the hotel. Credit card will be pre-authorized prior to arrival for all policy types.

Cardholder name must also match with guest’s identification document or guest may be asked to pay with alternative method.

Please note that a compulsory extra charge for a child's breakfast between the age of 4 – 11 years at THB 300 per child per day is apply when sharing bed with their parent.

Early Departures: In case of an Early Departures happens after Check-in formalities have been completed, the Hotel have the right to charge for the full duration of the reserved stay according to the booking.
