Everything about this hotel was just perfect! I booked this room for my mother-in-law to come and stay with us as I wanted her to experience the Japanese Onsen, Filipino singers and the poolside bar! She now wishes to come stay here with her husband each year! Special thanks again to Mynnie who made our stay very warm and welcoming!

I loved everything about the hotel particularly the front receptionist Mynnie! She made our experience very warm and welcoming from the start and even after check-out! The hotel is also equipped with a fully functioning Japanese Onsen which saved me 1400 bahts and travelling far away to find something elsewhere! In the evening the Filipino singers were also fantastic with memorable songs throughout their performances - they also sang a few songs for me which they never sang before but performed brilliantly! Hotel room itself was also flawless, I don’t agree that it needs an upgrade as it was fully equipped with modern features and a powerful shower! Lastly, the bellboys were awesome! They were helpful and not intrusive and done an excellent job upon arrival and check out to our taxis! I look forward to coming back again! PS - The Hotel is conveniently situated right next to Jodd Fairs Night Market which was a big bonus

Location was away from the bars & street life however there were markets close by & a simple metro ride to the bars if you wished to - the pool area was fantastic (little sun but I think that helped because it would be so hot) Noi the bar person there was lovely- spa & plunge pool were great at no extra charge- massage facilities were there as well 👍🏼

Very nice stay as always. At the reception, they recognized and greeted me as an often returning guest. Pleng, Shampoo and Tou are very professional and check-in and out is a breeze. The location is very convenient as the MRT is in front of the hotel. Opposite is a large mall and behind a nice night market

I always like staying in this hotel when I'm in Bangkok. The staff is very helpful. I had an issue with the bathroom and the receptionist Shampoo was very helpful in organizing another room the other day. Very professional

We booked two rooms. Both were really clean and comfortable. It was quiet and we were able to sleep very well. The reception staff are always smiling and very helpful. The singers of the first floor bar are really good ! There is a night market and a MRT station just next to the hotel.
