Villa Atika perched on a hill sloping gently into the Andaman Sea offers an intimate setting for a dream vacation just a stone's throw from Patong, the bustling center of Phuket Island. The villa is built on 3 levels, with very generous proportions. The top level is occupied by the living room. The windows open fully on the outstanding Patong Bay. Below 2 ensuite bedrooms have direct access to the pool and the lower level is occupied by the biggest bedroom, with a double bed and single bed. The villa is nestled in a stunning location overlooking the awe-inspiring Patong Bay. It is part of a small and private residence. There is no through-traffic and the environment is perfectly peaceful while you are close to the town center. The access road is steep but nicely paved and can be normally used by cars or scooters. Thanks to its multi-level design, the villa can be enjoyed in various ways. You can bask in the sun by your private pool, facing west. Or unwind with a good book in the living room, or retreat to the privacy of your bedroom. It's also a good base to explore the vibrant local area, with quick access to uncrowded creeks as well as to the entertainment heart of the island. Please note: Electricity is not included and is charged separately at 8.5 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per bathroom upon check-in. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis.

Neighborhood info

Located in a secure and peaceful residence just at the southern edge of Patong, the villa is a stone-throw from all the famous hot spots while being close to the lovely beach of Karon as well. There is also 4 more secluded beaches just nearby, a well-kept secret among Phuket residents! We will be happy to indicate you the best way to go there.
