The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and the staff were very friendly. The location is amazing with it being only a 2 minute walk to Karon beach and lots of restaurants nearby including their own pizza restaurant and ice cream parlor which were both amazing! There are also three great swimming pools around the hotel and water slides which were great fun! The breakfast was really good with lots of options. They even put a slice of birthday cake in the fridge which was such a highlight and lovely surprise to come home to after spending a wonderful birthday on the beach and in the pool as we hadn’t even mentioned it was a birthday holiday! Fantastic stay!

The rooms were not cleaned every day. The facilities ie. lifts and common areas were dirty. The designated smoking area was directly in front of the entrance, forcing non-smokers and young children to be subjected to passive smoke.
The pool was unclean. The pool was unsafe, unhygienic with cracked and broken tiles that were hidden by astroturfing.
Very rundown and not maintained. With leaking roof causing slip hazards. Corridors were dimly lit and dangerous.

The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to look after their guests. Very good team work at this stunning hotel and would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Not too crowded and surrounded by a beautiful scenery. Swimming pool was clean and had a bar with affordable refreshing drinks. Pool towels provided by the hotel, which can be changed when needed. The bar lady was very accommodating and gave us the perfect service.
There is a restaurant connected to the hotel with amazing dinner and breakfast options that are value for money.
We stayed in the budget friendly bus at the hotel, which was cosy and comfortable. Water bottles provided daily, kettle with coffee and mugs also provided. House keeping did a great job and were polite and very respectful.
The lady at reception was so kind and friendly and spoke very good English. She is a credit to the hotel. (Short hair, can't remember her name)

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks we were recommended by a friend that stayed here last year, we were not disappointed, room was spacious we had the mountain view room with balcony, hotel staff were do friendly and helpful, pool was a good size very busy, we used to go to the beach which a 5 minute walk. Really good location. Food at the hotel was delicious, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again.

The location was perfect for us, to the beach about 2 minutes walk, 3 minutes to the high street, across the road a whole bunch of nice restaurants and shops. Also it’s almost on the edge of the Karon town so takes few minutes to get to Patong beach or 20 minutes to Kamala beach.

But there is no shower with fresh water, there is nowhere to even wash your feet from the sand. And there are also no places to change clothes.

Karon Beach was large, open, and lovely for swimming and lounging. There was not a boardwalk area, but a nearby main road hosted countless restaurants. It was more low-key than other areas and we preferred Karon Beach to Kata.

Pool and beach location were perfect for us.
Pool and beach location were perfect for us. Long walks on the beach, and chilling at the pool. Breakfast was fantastic and the restaurants were also very good. Centre is reachable by foot. Very safe to walk to the centre also. Well done, for all the staff. You feel they are a good team and want to have the customers a good time.

Lovely beach, everything you could need is right there. Great restaurants, especially EAT Bar and Grill - absolutely delicious! Tann Beach Club also a highlight, with fire dancers every night at 7pm and 9pm, and yummy food. Karon is perfectly situated to explore all Phuket has to offer, including Andamanda Water Park, Elephant Sanctuaries, pretty Rawai Beach and Nai Harn Beach, and secret Nui Beach is a must! Also, try Heaven Bar and Restaurant for dinner and drinks with the best sunset view!
The 2 bedroom seaview apartment was amazing! It was clean and all amenities worked well. I want to say Thank You 🙏 to a sweet lady Supervisor by the name of Grong and the Manager Mr Duke for sorting out some issues for us. Because of you our stay was well above comfortable. I have to also mention their
Security guards were awesome too they would salute us every time we walked by. We feel safe here.

We had the best stay in May house, the hosts are amazing people, so kind, always helpful and they even gave us a small presents. The room was super clean with balcony and large comfy bed. Location is also very convenient, it took us about 5min on scooter to Kata beach and even less to Karon beach. If we go to Phuket next time, we will definitely stay here in this hotel. ❤️ I highly recommend staying here.
Pool area very nice. Very big property and nice swimming pools. Stayed in a plunge pool suite and the facilities were nice.
Some challenges with the reopening after covid but the hotel was doing a great progress during the week we stayed there. It will be in a good shape very soon. Nice gardens, Karon beach very close.. some 500 meters and you are on the beach.
The connected deluxe double-bed rooms provided ample space for our family of 4 adults (wide, husband and grandparents) and 2 kids (6y and 1y). The stay was very comfortable, thanks to the warm hospitality extended by the staff. The hotel location right across Karon beach is a plus.
Good location, the hotel near yo forest and is really guiet place, just few minutes from Karon and Kata beaches, in our case we have a scooter, but hotel have a shuttle as well. Good breakfast, spacious pool, but the water was a bit cold. The room is very spacious and bright.
Waking up to the view of the ocean from the cliff was the best part of our stay. The hotel is really cute with lots of Instagrammable spots, and close to Patong Beach and Karon Beach. The staff was really helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
The property has a luxurious resort feel with lovely room-side pool access. The room was comfortable, staff helpful and friendly. The onsite spa is also lovely. It is the perfect stay if you want a quiet, away from the bustling side of Phuket.

The hotel has a nice swimming pool area and a lovely garden. It’s super close to the beach and to a taxi stop. the food in the restaurant was also one of our favorites from Phuket.
We were fortunate to get a room with pool access which I loved it would have been amazing in nice weather! My favorite thing was having 24/7 access to the pool which we have never had with any other hotel!
