The apartment is 100% yours. You can use the shared amenities of the residence, such as the large outdoor pool, poolside lounge area, and parking. Additionally, you have access to inter-resort transportation (buses and boats) within the Laguna Phuket resort. Please note: Electricity is not included and is charged separately at 7 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per room upon check-in. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis.
