This 3BR modern-style 220sqm villa. Located in Thalang area, this villa is nestled within an exclusive, low-density private estate. Plus, it's conveniently situated right next to the renowned Mission Hills Golf Course. You're just 10 minutes away from the breathtaking beauty of Phang Nga Bay and you'll find Phuket's most beautiful beaches, such as Bang Tao Beach and Surin Beach, in just a short drive away. In the villa you will find a wide array of amenities to enhance your stay. The ground floor welcomes you with a warm and inviting living room with a flat-screen TV, complete with a generously sized sofa perfect for relaxation. Adjacent to the living room, you will discover a fully-equipped kitchen, designed to cater to all your culinary needs and a spacious dining area where you can enjoy delightful meals together. Venturing upstairs, you will uncover three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom, which overlooks the pool, offers a luxurious king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, providing a tranquil and private retreat. The remaining two bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom and are equipped with either double or twin beds. You'll have access to the shared pool where you can cool off and unwind and a convenient parking space for your vehicles or scooters. Please note: This residence is made of 5 identical villas built around a large shared pool. The villas only differ through the design of some of the furniture pieces. Like in a hotel, it might happen that you could be allocated one or the other villas. Electricity is not included and is charged separately at 7 THB/unit (kWh). We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per room upon check-in. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis.

Thalang, a lovely neighborhood in northern Phuket, Thailand, offers a mix of natural beauty and fun activities. It is easy and quick to reach the beaches on the west coast, such as Nai Thon, Layan, Nai Yang, and Mai Khao. On the eastern side, Cape Yamu and Ao Po serve as the gateway to Phang Nga Bay and are excellent choices for boat excursions. Some of the best golf courses in Phuket, like Mission Hills and Blue Canyon, are also nearby. For everyday grocery shopping, there are nearby supermarkets like Lotus or Makro. In the recently opened Robinson shopping center, you can enjoy exquisite restaurants and shops. The island's water parks, Splash Jungle and Blue Tree, are also located nearby.
