I’m an active professional. Having worked in various countries, done lots of business and leisure traveling, my experience is that a quality apartment is usually a MUCH better choice than a classic hotel room which may not provide enough space, privacy, decent fridge, a proper TV, desk, a really fast Wi-Fi, a washing machine or even a simple piece of cutlery (a knife or say a bottle opener?) - the list can be very long. I aim to offer much much more, just the way I would want it, to make sure that you can fully enjoy your stay and truly feel like at home and relax. Spacious New 1 Bedroom Apartment with a terrace. Located in a private hallway. Sleeps up to 4. Location is Key - only 2 minutes on foot to Main Street with restaurants, shops, bars, theatre, cinema, key tourist attractions etc A huge plus is the modern supermarket just a few steps away (incl. bio, fresh bakery and meats,) open every day. Underground Parking is included in the price. Conveniently close to the lift (which is then close to the Apartment). Access from both garage and the street is unrestricted. Toilet and Bathroom are separate, with fans. Equipment includes: -Aircon (controlled with a remote) -Electric Blinds (controlled with a remote) -Reliable Highspeed Wi-Fi (both the local provider and Wi-Fi router are high quality) -Cable TV - Netflix Premium, Chess -Desk, PC Screen (HDMI) -Any Music you like from Alexa Smart speaker -Large Built In Wardrobes in the Hallway and Bedroom -Quality Mattress -Exp. sofa -Baby Chair, Crib on request (free) -Bath tub with a modern Thermostatic Bath Shower Mixer, Hairdryer, Towels, Toiletries, Toilet paper.

The property is located in the Old Town. Very nice and safe neighbourhood (as are most in the city, there is very little violent crime, unlike in some large cities in the world).
