One house is lived in and one 60m2 old house is rented out here. It has low ceilings just 190-200cm, 1 bedroom with 180cm wide bed, living room with sofa and additional 90cm bed, large kitchen, bathroom. In the back of the house is terrace with 6 seating areas and a forest. Sandy beach - 300m from the house (shallow, only sand. And as unique place in Sweden, cars come to the beach sand as well, unload their chairs and children toys and enjoy summer), More soft sand beach with dunes is located in Skrea Beach - approx. 2 km. Grocery store - 2,5km. Falkenberg city center - 4km. Holmen - 1,5km - walkable island to amuse your kids' with crabs fishing or swim from the pier . PLASE NOTE: - Bed linen and towels are NOT provided. (if you can not bring your own, please make a request and we will see if we can accommodate bed linen for the requested time period!) - Self cleaning expected, please (or you will need to pay cleaning fee of 900 SEK). - In other side of this house is a summer room with separate entry, what is rented out, and also a bathroom used by other guests living in the farm. If you have bigger family, please let me know- we have option to use also small summer-house with 2 beds located near main house. And this has a sea view! I am in love with this old Swedish farm. As so do many friends who have been here with us, they always come back. And many international friendships have been born here. It is an old farm, needing a lot of work, and therefore you are very much appreciated to come to spend your vacation here - your contribution helps to keep this place alive. Farm is facing the beach which is 300m away across the local road. Direct walkable access to the beach or with a car. There are many summer houses in the area, but our area is quiet and full of nature. Birds sing all day long, occasionally rabbits run to the yard. Behind the house you will have your private forest corner to enjoy your vacation. There is a horse stable with pastures on our farm. (You potentially can ask horse owners for a paid ride for your kids, if you wish to.)
