It has a washing machine + dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, all necessary kitchen supplies, towels, sheets, vacuum cleaner, TV, high speed internet and a large balcony. You can come to the apartment with only your personal belongings and stay comfortably without needing anything else. Shampoo and soap are available. Since the flat owner stays in his flat from time to time, he has partial belongings in a place independent of you. It does not affect your use of the flat. Pets are allowed, but a deposit is required. You have keyless access to the apartment. If you want a key, you need to pay a small deposit.
