Welcome to spend the summer in scenic Hällevik! We rent out our newly renovated guest apartment in our house is suitable for 6 guests including babies, located in a residential area. Here you live in a well-maintained and fresh guest basement apartment of approximately 100 square meters. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Hall with wardrobe. Laundry room with washing machine. Guest toilet. Bathroom with shower. Sauna. There are three rooms. One bedroom has a double bed (180), the other bedroom has two single beds. (2*90)and third room has a double bed (180). You can rent a package with sheets, duvet cover, pillowcase, towel for one person costs SEK 150. Blanket and pillow included. Covered patio. Chairs and tables, deckchairs. Drying facilities.

With proximity to beautiful beaches and exciting excursion destinations, this is the perfect holiday accommodation. My name is Anna and I like so much travel as a passion. When not ”home” I rent it out occasionally. I like people who are positive, honest, open, serious and mm. Except from I like decorations my house and dance, music, cinema, comedy film, trips and mm. Hällevik is a wonderful and cozy area located on the coast south of Sölvesborg. Walking distance to several restaurants, smoke shop, grocery store, beautiful child-friendly beach, swimming, pools, nature reserve, nice beech forest, Allsvenskan football field (Mjällby's home arena), mini golf course, Cupen, Sweden Rock festival which starts in June and Hällevik's Jazz Festival which starts in August. One of southern Sweden's finest golf courses is 8 km away.
