Flemma Gård with lake view! From here you can look out over Lake Roxen, the entire Linköping city skyline and the Göta canal's inlet/outlet. The property is divided it 3 houses, the main house (living room, bedroom, kitchen) the charming little house (bedroom), bathroom house (WC, shower). A wonderful jetty with a rowing boat, the outer bathing area has a sand bottom. Here, during all seasons, you have direct access to fantastic hilly forests and meadows. As well as a short walk to the lake, beach and swimming area. On the other side of the country road, it is not far from Olstorp's 2.5 & 5 km running tracks (electric lights) and Mtb tracks. The center of Linköping is 18 minutes away by car. It is also suitable to take the local bus to the bus stop Kungsbro, download the app ostgotatrafiken (Östgötatrafiken) for time shedules and tickets. From Kungsbro you need to walk or take the taxi. Please note the following: The layout for the house sleeping areas: There are two house. The main house have 1 bedroom with comfort beds for 2 people, and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. The cabin has 2 comfort beds for 2 people and a available mattress for 1 person. The total amount of guests is recomended to maximum 6 guests. Some cleaning is preferred to be done by the guest, it should not take you more then 15 minutes for 4 people or 60 minutes for one person. If the guest is orderly during their stay, the time and effort for cleaning is small. The host stands for cleaning products. A check list will be provided to be filled in. Your host will take care of the final cleaning.

In addition to us living in the mansion, there are horses, dogs, cats and wild animals as neighbors. The nearest tourst attractios are Göta kanals bergs locks, Linköping air plane museum. There are also many more attractions with big varaity within an hour travelling such as one of the largest Zoo i the world Kolmården Wildlife Park, Astrid Lindgrens Värld, Vadstena castel.
