Overlooking the Västerdalälven River, this charming guest house is within 10 minutes’ drive of the popular Kläppen, Lindvallen and Sälen Ski Resorts. Guests have free access to WiFi, the sauna, lounge, restaurant and bar. The farmhouse offers simply furnished rooms with a seating area and views of the garden, the river or the adjacent forest. Bathroom facilities are shared. The hotel's restaurant serves a continental or buffet breakfast every morning. For dinner, half board is pre-ordered with Swedish food being served every evening during the winter season. The lounge area has a bar with a fireplace. The starting area for Vasaloppet is only 400 metres from the farm in winter time. Staff at Försgården can help arrange dog sledding, snowmobile safaris and skiing as well as summer activities such as canoeing, hiking and fishing.
