Relax in the beautiful mountains of Seychelles in a luxurious 450 SqM Modern Villa (built in 2020) with your own private swimming pool. Cliffhanger villas are fully licensed and approved in Seychelles and recognized as a Certified Tourism Establishment. Our little slice of heaven offers a spacious fully air-conditioned four bedroomed Villa that sleeps 8 comfortably. Located in the mountainside above Eden Island. On a map, look for La Misere Viewpoint which we are very close to. Guests can also use our Brand-new 2022 Fiat 500E Electric Cars during their stay. The Villas are part of a secure private development with 24/7 security and an onsite Doctor Service. Please be advised that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any signs of smoking will result in an additional smoke remediation fee of EUR 250. Your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment ensures the comfort and well-being of all our guests. We are located in the mountains overlooking Eden Island, in a private gated Estate. We recommend that all guests have a car whilst staying with us and we do offer free on site parking for up to 2 cars per booking.
