Apartamn se nalazi u sirem centru grada,povrsine 34 m2. Sastoji se od dnevne sobe sa krevetom na razvlacenje za dve osobe, spavacom sobom sa francuskim ležajem , kupatilom sa tus kabinom, i odvojenim wc-om, hodnikom i kuhinjom. Kuhinja je opremljena sa uredjajima i posudjem za spremanje hrane. Objekat poseduje PARKING MESTO sa automatskom rampom. U blizini objekta nalazi se restoran 450 m,kafebar 1 km, supermarket MAXI 500 m, dom zdravlja 450 m, apoteka 450 m. Autobuska stanica na auto putu ZC Vozdovac 100 m. U objektu je zabranjeno pravljenje proslava i zurki, kao i dovodjenje kucnih ljubimaca.Prijavljivanje i odjavljivanje od 00.00 do 23.59.Ispred ulaznih vrata nalazi se sef u kome je ključ od apartmana tako da u isti možete ući u bilo koje vreme bez osobe za prijem u isti.
