Cleanliness and comfort of the apartment are our priority. 1st Belgrade Apartment is located in an exceptional location and is equipped so that your stay in the apartment is a pleasure. Guests have at their disposal a fully equipped whole apartment (King size bed, clean bed linen and towels, armchairs, air conditioning, high speed Wi Fi internet, LCD TV with cable channels, dining area, kitchen, two-burner stove, cutlery, glasses, plates, microwave oven, kettle, private bathroom ...). Everything is included in the price, so there are no additional costs when renting an apartment. Check-in and check-out times can be arranged at your request outside the time indicated in the apartment description, if this is possible for the selected dates. The apartment is located on the perfect first floor of a building that is one of the most representative examples of stylish architecture of the first half of the 20th century.
Considering that I travel a lot and that I extremely enjoy it, I tried to make 1st Belgrade Apartment an ideal place in Belgrade, equipped, arranged, located and in the price range according to the criteria according to which I search for accommodation for myself. It will be my pleasure to provide you with a pleasant and pleasant stay, as well as to provide you with all the necessary information and advice, so that you can have a wonderful time in 1st Belgrade Apartment, Belgrade and Serbia.
If you come by car, parking is possible in one of the four public garages which are located within 250m (two are in the street). Parking reservation is not required. In the street, as well as in the surrounding streets, there is also a large number of marked parking spaces (On Sunday parking on the street is free). 1st Belgrade Apartment is located in an ideal location, whether you come to Belgrade for business, tourism, shopping or medical tourism. In the immediate vicinity there are a large number of bars, cafes, restaurants, mini markets, bakeries, fast food restaurants, hair salons, beauty salons, gyms, spa and wellness centers, banks, as well as plastic surgery clinics and dental clinics. Kalenić Market is 200m away. King Alexander Boulevard, which has a large number of shops, is a 2-minute walk from the apartment, and the connection with all parts of the city (even with other cities, given that there are bus and train stations nearby) is excellent.
