The house was built in 1933, located in the central area of Brasov (Schei) It has 2 levels, namely Ground Floor, First Floor and Attic The house is located 1 km from the Old Center of Brasov, offering the possibility of traveling without a personal car. The STAIRCASE is the only common space and connects the ground floor to the attic Distance to Poiana Brasov 14 km (23 min) to the water park 6.6 km (15 min) Ski slope 29 km (43 min)

We are a young couple up to 37 years old, we have 2 wonderful children aged 11 and 14.The husband is a skilled craftsman in the area of construction of any kind and the wife is a craftsman in the art of beautification ​ We are happy to host only sociable guests with good sense!
