The apartment has two bedrooms, one with matrimonial bed, one with an extensible sofa with two mattresses of 200 cm, a huge living room with an extensible corner. The kitchen is open and embedded in the extension of the living room. Both the living room and the bedrooms are equipped with flat TVs SMART TV with free WF internet access. The heating of the apartment is made by the floor, and the hot water is always, the apartment is equipped with Viessmann's own boiler in condensation. The bathroom is equipped with Kolo sanitary objects, with a 170 cm The toilet is suspended.One of the bedrooms has a desk that allows various office activities.The matrimonial master has its own balcony covered and illuminated during the night but also floor-to-ceiling windows.Living has its own covered balcony and an extremely large glazed surface, The balconies are decorated with deck. The furniture is of great quality and of perfect elegance, Beds are comfortable rest. The floor It is covered with parquet in bedrooms and living room and natural stone tiles in the hall, bathroom and kitchen. The parking lot is underground in the garage of the property, The location is with private car and walk acces

We often take customers from the railway station, bus station and in most cases we are flexible both at check in and at check out. We like the city of Brasov and its surroundings, we like history and we love to share with our clients opinions and appreciations about the history of the points of interest. Because Brasov was and is a very nice and hospitable city, we say to the clients who want to try the traditional Romanian cuisine but and the Hungarian or Saxon from the many restaurants with various specifics. For those who appreciate the nightly entertainment, we guide them to the midnight clubs that are in the Civic Center. Those who love mountain trails and sports guide them to Tampa, Postavarul, Piatra Great Black Church, Council Square, Schei Brasov Tower of Bastion, Fortress, Poiana Brasov are to be visited.For swimming and SPA you have to know that in Brasov is the biggest SPA Complex from Transilva
The Dealu Morii Residential Complex, where Monadin apartments are located, is situated at the border between the old town and the new town. Located at the base of the Colina Universitatii, the ensemble is an exclusive one being built on a German concept. Three levels of underground garages built 4 blocks with luxurious suites. Pedestrian access can be made from Dealu Morii street and car access from Mihai Viteazu street. Access is restricted only to persons residing in the Complex and car access is only allowed to cars that have a parking space in the garage. Situated at 300 m from KM 0 of Brasov (Civic Center) and at about 500 m from the Brasov City Hall (Historic Center), the ensemble offers the perfect view to be in a few minutes at any of the points of interest.Laura with access from Dealu Morii Street is a side of a a protected street where the access to the car is restricted and implicit is a lot of peace. The access to the Colina Universitatii is easy and the view of Brasov seen from above is an unforgettable one. A lot of restaurants, nightclubs, pocker clubs, but also Philarmonica and Dramatic Theater and Musical Theater are to be visited.
