The apartment (Lemonn B) is located at Poço dos Negros Street (Santa Catarina) one of the coolest neighbourhoods in central Lisbon with restaurants, theatres, burlesque shows, charming coffee shops, crafts shops and bookstores. Lemonn B is stylish and spacious studio apartment, fully furnished; comes with king size bed, sofa-bed, dining-table, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and a very large marble bathroom. Lemonn a spacious studio apartment (54 square meters = 580 square feet) with smart and integrated design. Lemonn B includes the below: 1. Large and comfortable bed (180x200cm= 71x79 inch) 2. Sofa and a large side table 3. Dining table / Work desk with two comfortable chairs 4. Fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances (fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle). 5. Lage marble bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, heated towel rack, and a washbasin with a large mirror (hair dryer included) 6. Dedicate fibre (fast) free internet / Ethernet is available 7. Air conditioning (cold and hot) 8. Smartlocks (No need to carry keys) and guests can check-in / check-out at any time 9. Beach towels, umbrella, beach rackets/balls and beach bag 10.
