Apartment located in a closed condominium, with a salt water swimming pool, tennis court, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and gym. Perfect for families or friends and to relax, this apartment is equipped with all the essentials. It has private parking and is conveniently located in Leça da Palmeira very close to EXPONOR and several public transports. In addition, there is a Pingo Doce (supermarket) 3 m away, on foot, to make your stay even more comfortable. There may be changes in public spaces due to the pandemic situation.
I'm from Porto, Portugal, and I'm an Illustrator who is now also working as host on Airbnb. If you make a reservation after 3PM on the same day you need to wait 3h for the apartment to get prepared. I'll always be available by phone, mail or Airbnb and in cases of need in person.
The apartment is very well located. 100m from the Pingo Doce supermarket, 5m walk from Exponor and 10m from the center of Leça da Palmeira, where there are many restaurants and local shops. At 20m walk you will find the beach of Leça da Palmeira and "Piscina das Marés", a set of swimming pools designed by the famous architect Siza Vieira. Even closer to the apartment is the Quinta de Santiago Museum and Quinta de Conceição, perfect for relaxing in their wonderful gardens. If you want to explore other parts of the city, you have transport nearby, such as the bus and metro, so that you can explore the center of Porto with ease. If you want to explore the city, you hardly need a car, as the most essential places are close by. However, if you want to visit the center of Porto or other places, you have bus (5m walk) and metro (20m walk). If you bring a car, you have private parking (1 place), in the condominium garage. There are also parking spaces outside the apartment, which are usually free.
