Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Quintinha Boheme offers a secluded and peaceful retreat from the world. Situated in the natural park and surrounded by valleys and the sounds of nature it also benefits from having a shop, cafe, bakery, restaurant/bar and two surf rental outlets just a short 2 minute walk along a dirt track. We are less than a 5 minute drive from Arrifana beach and Vale Da Telha where you will find plenty of life and amenities.
Hi, I’m Salli and I live here with my daughter Alice. We love our unique home that feels completely rural, set in the valleys with the constant sounds of birds singing and yet a short walk up a dirt track and there is life! We love our sweet retreat and the beautiful, wild beaches that surround us :)
We are situated in the municipality of Aljezur and a short (5 minute) drive to the popular surf spot of Arrifana. Other beaches within a 30 minute drive include.. Lagos, Amoreira and Odeceixe (both listed in the top 5 beaches in the world by Conde Naste Traveller), monte Clérigo and a number of ‘secret’ wild beaches too. For families, you can access the water theme parks, boat trips, dolphin watching and adventure parks of the Algarve within 30-60 minutes by car. The Rota Vicentina is a popular choice amongst hikers and bird lovers and there are plenty of off road tracks to explore by bike. Aljezur and Odeceixe are charming and traditional Portuguese towns with cobbled streets, windmills, a castle and plenty of beautiful sunset views. Nearby Lagos offers a more touristic city centre and for more commercial areas there are shopping centres in Faro and Portimão. Amazing food from a range on international settlers can be found in abundance along with more traditional fare. There are live music and DJ nights throughout peak season very close by.
