Ideal for summer stays, when we are looking for the tranquility of a large green space, with an indoor pool. You can also take care of plants and fruit trees, exercise outdoors or play Ping-pong and table football, QUINTA DOS MANTEIROS, offers a stunning landscape and has just been completely renovated for you. The tree house will delight children.
It all started when the Correia family inherited a family property 20 years ago and decided to make this place their vacation home for the family of six children and many grandchildren. Thus, QUINTA DOS MANTEIROS was born, the name by which the place where it is located was known, between the villages of Póvoa de Lisboa and Santo António, between Carregal do Sal and Canas de Senhorim, in the district of Viseu. We started by rebuilding a small stone house, where there are three bedrooms, a large attic, three bathrooms (one on each floor) and a basement with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room and a porch with a view. to Serra do Caramulo. The villa can accommodate up to eight people and here it is possible to enjoy a wonderful sunset, the surrounding landscape, the silence of nature and breathe fresh air. It is also equipped with Internet, television and central heating. In the rest of the property it is possible to enjoy the 50 m2 indoor pool, where the water temperature varies between 25º and 30º during the summer months, large green spaces, 3,000 m2 of lawn/garden, play Ping-pong and table football and, for those interested, take care of plants and fruit trees.

A visit to this territory will be incomplete if it does not include a trip to one of the many wineries, producers or estates for wine tasting. We suggest a visit to Termas da Calda da Felgueira is a charming town, famous for its waters and spa. Here is a privileged space, where you have peace of mind and where you can breathe the pure air of this fertile region of Dão-Lafões, full of tradition and landscapes of unparalleled beauty. The use of water from Caldas da Felgueira dates back to the beginning of the 19th century. 4. If you like cycling, visit the Ecopista do Dão, which extends along the old Dão railway branch, in an extension of 49.2 kilometers and crosses the municipalities of Viseu, Tondela and Santa Comba Dão. The scenic and scenic setting is impressive.
