This is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment, situated in the Palmeiras complex, only 65 metres away from the beach and offering fantastic views. The apartment is very well furnished and equipped to provide you a pleasant and comfortable experience. The lounge is equipped with cable TV, free Wi-Fi and a docking station for MP3 player. The kitchen is well equipped giving you all the conditions to cook some nice homemade meals. Two of the bedrooms have king-sized beds and the third has twin beds and also a double sofa bed, making it possible for 8 guests to stay at the property. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, one with a shower cubicle and the other with bath and shower over. On arrival, the property managers will provide bracelets for access to the pool. Please note that only 5 pool bracelets will be provided, if there are more than 5 people in your group, you will need to share the bracelets between yourselves. Please know that there are some steps surrounding the complex and inside the apartment as it is a duplex, so this apartment is not ideal for people with serious mobility problems. This property is unavailable for arrivals on the 24th, 25th, 26th of December and on the 1st January (New years day). On New Year's Eve, arrivals are possible only until 3pm. If you think you will arrive later than 19:00, please contact us before booking to confirm if a late arrival will be possible. If a late arrival is agreed, please know that there is an extra charge to be paid locally. Please contact us for more information. Occasionally, festivals take place in São Martinho, and due to the central location of this apartment, the noise can be disruptive for guests seeking a quiet stay. The primary events that may cause disturbance are the New Year celebrations and the Festas de Santo António, which typically occur over 10 days in early to mid-June. If you are sensitive to loud music playing late into the night, please check the festival dates before booking.

São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here. Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and bars. Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.
