Charming family home located in the center of Praia da Vitória, with beautiful views over the city and Serra do Cume. It is 24 km from the UNESCO World Heritage City of Angra do Heroísmo and a 4-minute walk from the largest bathing beach on Terceira Island - Praia Grande. This house has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a flat-screen TV and cable channels, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. It has 2 bathrooms with showers. Towels and bed linen are provided in this apartment. It also includes an information book, complaints, and suggestions. Outside, there is a barbecue area with panoramic views. Lajes Airport is 3.6 km from the house.
