The villa is equipped with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a balcony with garden views. A private entrance leads guests into the villa, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne. The property has an outdoor dining area. Of all the places we stayed in the Azores, this was our absolute favorite. Raquel was an utterly fabulous host who attended to our every need while still giving us a sense of privacy and space. The flats are beautifully designed and appointed, with an eye on quality furnishings and finishings. They are spacious and everything you could need was included to cater for yourself during your stay. The bed was divine, as were the linens. The space itself is quiet and you will be amazed by the number of birds you hear - even given their numbers in the Azores! Guests can wander the grounds and there is a pool that can be enjoyed as well. The town is walking distance; the sea and tidal pools are a bit farther. Parking is easy and near the accommodation; cars are probably necessary for staying in this space. Overall, we could not recommend this property more highly and will definitely return next time we're in Terceira!

The holiday home provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Really cosy and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you might need. There is also private parking, and nice garden with bbq facilities. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was left in the fridge for us (local products) and the fact that the baker brought us bread in the morning was also really nice. The location is also pretty good, just few minutes walk from the center of the village and the shop, and the Santa Barbara viewpoint can also be reached on foot (about 15 minute walk downhill). The host was also really helpful, tried to help us with everything and even offered to pay for our breakfast one morning when the baker forgot to bring us the bread. Overall a great apartment in a very peaceful environment for a great price.

Beautiful house very clean, very comfortable beautiful Aerea, very quiet in general it was a plus on every expect.

Príncipe de Mónaco Boutique House is a beachfront property situated in Angra do Heroísmo, 200 metres from Zona Balnear da Prainha Beach and 1.5 km from Silveira Beach. The property has sea views. When staying at the holiday home, guests can use private entrance. Excellent location! Open the door… and the ocean is right there. Easy walking distance to all activities in town, clean, large, mini-fridge,… host was welcoming, had apple pie for us on arrival and local sweets upon departure. Easy parking on the street. Very good value for money.

I booked literally in such short notice, and the host was so kind to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I was blessed with the most amazing cheese made by the host. Although it was just for one night, it was the perfect place to rest and rid an oncoming migraine. I slept so good and felt at home. The apartment was very clean, quiant, and spacious. It was a nice 20 mins walk to the airport, although I never heard a plane. Very quiet and peaceful location. wish I had more time there. I do hope to stay again if available.
