A casa tem quarto quartos - todos com camas de casal - três casas de banho completas (uma suite), uma espaçosa sala de estar, uma cozinha equipada com todos os utensílios necessários para cozinhar (inclui ainda máquina de loiça) e um agradável jardim/pátio com zona de estar e refeições, incluindo uma zona de churrasco e lavandaria. Nos arredores da casa encontra uma grande oferta de bons restaurantes (especialmente de peixe), confeitarias e supermercados a que é fácil de chegar a pé, ENG: This cozy house is located less than a 5 minute walk away from the beach. The house has 4 bedrooms - all with double beds - 3 full bathrooms (one en-suite), a spacious living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen (even includes a dishwasher) and a lovely patio with a seating area and barbecue. Within walking distance you can find several good restaurants (fish especially), caffés and supermarkets. For your information, please note that the property contains exterior surveillance cameras.

Neighbourhood information

This property is located in Mindelo, a Portuguese parish in the municipality of Vila do Conde, about 25 minutes from the district of Porto. By its location on the coast, brings together, in an absolutely harmonious way, the rural component with the beach and leisure component, being the highlight for its beaches, namely the "Mindelo Beach" that has an extension of about 2 km of granite sands, and its quality, particularly at the landscape level, makes it very popular during the summer. 5 minutes away by car you can go to Vila do Conde, and feel the pulse of a quiet town, without rushing, where you will be enchanted with the bobbin lace, good food, and the conventual confectionery. Walking through the town you will find low houses, narrow streets, and cobblestone sidewalks and come across the monumentality of the Santa Clara Monastery and its Aqueduct.
