Property information

Welcome to my home! Located in Leça da Palmeira, 300m from the Equestrian Center of Porto and Matosinhos and at 2km from the beach, the marina, and sailing clubs. Also next to Quinta da Conceição and the Museum of Quinta de Santiago, ideal for walking, exercise, going to the swimming pool of architect Siza Vieira or playing tennis in the pavilion of architect Fernando Távora. The location is very easy to get around by car because it is near the highway that connects to Porto (4km away) and the Airport (5km away. It is 1km from the nearest supermarket, MAR Shopping and IKEA. This apartment can sleep up to 2 people comfortably. Fitted with a comfy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a microwave, a fridge, and an oven. The bedroom contains a comfy bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. There is a gym in the building (not free). Enjoy your stay!
