Apartment in a villa in a quiet location 15 km from Albufeira. Great for holiday rentals and pedestrian walks. 20 m by car from the shopping areas, Albufeira center, hospital, etc. and 20/30 m (by car) from many beaches not only in Albufeira, but also between Vilamoura and Armação de Pêra. The outside space can be used freely, it is fenced and with automatic gate. It has a SWIMMING POOL THAT CAN BE HEATED to 27º at the request of the guests and through the payment of a supplement. (Coverage required), and a covered space for barbecue an outdoor dining area, with a small kitchen equipped with a dishwasher machine and clothes, exclusive to the property. Great for two couples or couple with 2 kids. Inserted in a land with 2,500 m2. The villa is inhabited by the owners but the access to the apartment is private. Being a great space in the field and usable by guests, they should be careful with their children to avoid accidents. If you do not want to have the hassle (and spend space in your suitcases) with beach towels, we can provide sets of 4 towels for a small extra fee (ask for information if you are interested).
Usually we will be around so you can count on us for what you need.
Very safe and calm countryside, but not isolated, so sometimes the dogs in the area bark which can bother those who have more difficulty sleeping. Necessary own car. Public transport is infrequent. Parking available. According to the legislation in force, we will have to identify and communicate to the authorities the accommodation of all citizens who do not have portuguese nationality, so it is necessary to present a valid identification document of all the guests and fill in a form that will be signed by the person in charge of the reservation.
