Do you like a peaceful and quiet environment with all the comfort? This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxed and calm stay for the whole family. This accommodation is in a quiet condominium, where noise pollution is not allowed. It is located only 5km from the center of Albufeira, 7km from the beaches, and 3km from the big Guia shopping center. In our house you'll find on the first floor 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. (the main bedroom is connected to one bathroom) The hall on the first floor can be used as a small office. There are two balconies. On the ground floor you'll find: Open kitchen, well equipped. (induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine and so on. On the ground floor there is one bathroom with shower. the combined dining and living room also give you access to the terrace and garden. On the terrace there is outside furniture and a barbecue. And what about the large collective swimming pool, with a paddling pool next to it?! Free parking, two parking spaces specially reserved for our guests in front of our house. Please note that In this condominium calm is required between 10 p.m. and 0800. Pets are not allowed. inside the house is non smoking.
the Condominio is only 5km away from the old town center of Albufeira and at 1.3 km distance from our house you'll find 2 supermarkets, (Aldi and Intermarché). There are three exellent restaurants at 1km, very good quality and cheaper as in Albufeira. And also some bars, one pharmacy, and other shops all about the same distance. this is a familial Condominio not only for holiday rentals. people do live here all the time, for this reason we ask you kindly to respect all the house and Condominio rules specially concerning noise.
