Uma elegante casa do século XVII com todo o conforto exigível ao século XXI. Amplas áreas destinadas aos hóspedes (mais de 100m2 de área exclusiva), composta por quarto, casa de banho, salão de estar e jantar, sala de convívio e cozinha. Além disso, os hóspedes podem fazer uso de área de churrasqueira e jardim bem como utilizar o tanque de pedra da propriedade para banhos. Caso considerem insuficiente a área de banhos, poderão no período de Verão aceder às piscinas de Farminhão, encontrando-se o acesso pago e incluído no preço (cerca de 400 metros de casa). Poderão ainda usar a Ecopista do Dão para caminhadas ou passeios em bicicleta (duas bicicletas disponíveis). Poderão ainda deslocar-se ao campo de golfe Montebelo, que fica a cerca de 3 km da propriedade
A Casa do Compasso é um refúgio ao qual todos são bem vindos, sendo nossa expectativa que seja um local que ficará na vossa lista de locais a voltar com brevidade. Para que a experiência seja perfeita, não hesitem em dizer o que precisam, ainda que não esteja especificamente previsto na oferta.
A propriedade situa-se na aldeia de Farminhão. Aqui situa-se o restaurante Station Alive, a não perder devido à excelente relação qualidade/preço e também devido à simpatia dos funcionários. A aldeia conta também com o café quebra nozes, o qual se situa a poucos metros da propriedade e é bastante completo e aprazível, sendo também o atendimento de referência. Os hóspedes, além da utilização da Ecopista do Dão, do campo de golfe Montebelo ou das piscinas de Farminhão (entrada já incluída no preço), poderão visitar a Serra do Caramulo (20 km), a Serra da Estrela (60 km), a cidade de Viseu (12 km) ou a cidade de Tondela (10 km). Também a poucos quilómetros terão disponíveis as Caldas de S. Gemil ou praias fluviais.
