The Algarve is one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Beside the beneficial climate and cuisine of the Atlantic coast, being able to live here means having the opportunity to slow down, enjoy the maritime nature and savour the Portuguese way of life. Almost everyone who visits will find themselves toying with the idea of simply staying forever. We were no different. And thus sevencollection portugal was born. It all began in Salema 25 years ago with our first little fisherman’s cottage. Today, it is the second and third generations, who refurbish and build individual properties on the Algarve. For those seeking their very own home away from home – so both holidaymakers and Portuguese natives alike. For a natural environment for which we all share responsibility. Nowadays sevencollection portugal offers 4 holiday homes in Carvoeiro and 10 in Praia da Salema.

Property information

The morning sun wakes up over the sea, right on the eastern cliff side of the Bay. As in an ancient amphitheatre, the sun rises on the blue Stage, shines on the ranks, the semicircle of Praia da Salema and the white village, to go down again on the western cliff opposite. There is hardly a better place to experience Salema as a holistic natural spectacle. The complete panorama spreads out in front of Casa Celeste: Atlantic Ocean, surfers, boats, beach, high cliffs, low houses on the valley floor and slopes, decayed old and moderate new, wild vegetation and well-kept green area. The soundtrack to it knows no noise, only chirping, waves and wind. The Casa Celeste Apartments were in 2021 fully renovated and redesigned in the usual charming style of the Sevencollection holiday homes in Salema; with perfectly harmonised furniture and accessories typical of the country, every apartment has its own distinctive touch. After the thoughtful, loving renovation, the four apartments at Casa Celeste have it all for a pleasant stay for single travellers or groups.

Neighbourhood information

The spectacle of the evening sun is overwhelming. With light and colours, clouds and swarms of seagulls, sometimes the whims of the seasons, often downright dramatic sunsets. Followed by glimmering lights from the houses and incredibly clear stars. On the balcony of Casa Celeste, with a sundowner in hand, you can relax and enjoy. Casa Celeste is just 200 meters from the center of Salema, where you can find a mini-market, coffee shop, restaurants and bars.
