This is a marvelous and roomy three-bedroom apartment located in the serene town of Alfeizerão. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant and enjoyable stay on the Silver Coast. The apartment boasts three generously sized bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature queen beds, one of which has an en-suite shower room, while the third bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms provide access to the apartment's balconies. The living area is spacious and tastefully furnished. It features a large sofa for comfortable seating, as well as a cozy reading nook with a small table and two armchairs for relaxation. Additionally, there is a dining area with a table and six dining chairs. One of the apartment's balconies is accessible from the lounge and offers a small round table and two chairs, providing an ideal spot to savour a refreshing drink while enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. For indoor entertainment, there is cable TV, a DVD player with a selection of children's DVDs, free Wi-Fi, and numerous board games. The kitchen is expansive and well-equipped, making meal preparation a breeze. There is an additional dining table and chairs in the kitchen, and it provides access to the second balcony of the property, where a barbecue is located. From this balcony, guests benefit of a view of the internal communal patio area, which includes a barbecue area that they are welcome to use. Furthermore, the patio area features a play area with sand for children, offering a valuable benefit as parents can keep a watchful eye on their little ones while they have fun outside in a safe and enclosed environment. Street parking is available free of charge.

The apartment is situated in the peaceful town of Alfeizerão, renowned for its famous "Pão-de-ló" cake, which guests can enjoy just 1 km away from the apartment. In close proximity to the apartment, there is a supermarket for daily groceries, a couple of cafes, and some restaurants, eliminating the need to rely on the car for every outing. For enjoyable day trips, São Martinho do Porto bay is 4 km away, Foz do Arelho is 19 km away, and Nazaré is a mere 14 km away.
