This renovated beach house unfolds over three floors, featuring spacious and elegant living areas. The ground floor introduces an open-plan layout with a modern kitchen, dining area, living room and a WC. The first floor presents two king-sized bedrooms and a bathroom. Moving to the second floor, there are another two king-sized bedrooms and a bathroom. On the third floor, there is a bathroom and a private rooftop terrace which offers a serene retreat for relaxation and enjoying the views. Welcome to our Exquisite Beachside Townhouse in Armação de Pêra, Algarve. Nestled just 2 minutes away from the sun-kissed shores of one of Algarve's most beautiful beaches, this newly renovated beach house invites you to experience the perfect blend of luxury and local charm. Step inside and discover a spacious, light-filled sanctuary composed of several bedrooms and bathrooms, each crafted to provide a serene and comfortable stay. The open-plan living area, complete with a fully-equipped kitchen, is perfect for gathering and creating memories with loved ones. Outside, a private terrace awaits, offering the ideal spot for a glass of wine and basking in the gentle sea breeze.
We are a Portuguese family who have been welcoming guests to our villas and flats in the Algarve for many years. It’s our full-time business and we thoroughly enjoy it, it’s very rewarding to share our properties with our guests. When you choose to stay at our properties, it's our priority to ensure everything about the experience is enjoyable.
It is a 2-minute walk from the beach, near the Municipal Market where you can find vegetables, fresh fish and a wide variety of other regional products. It is also surrounded by several cafes and restaurants.
