Our Villas located in Leiria District ,10 minutes between Nazare & Leiria. Detailed description of accommodation : The 8 new luxury Villas ( each Villa this is 1300,00 square meter with a swimming pool and secured territory ) 3 floors /13 Rooms with a personal access /stairs/ from different sides of the Villa/building. Detailed location of our Residences : Two Bedroom Loft : floor №3 / Three Rooms Loft : floor №3 / Three Bedroom Villa / Residence/ : Ground Floor №1 , 4 Rooms Superior Residence : entire floor №2 / 9 Bedroom Residence : entire floors №1 and №2 . Please Note: that the valid self rapid tests or vaccination certificate will be required upon arrival from the each guest. For the groups will be required security /damage deposit 50 euro per person. Current deposit will be refunded upon check out if damages or another problems does not exist. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The management will contact you after you book and provide instructions. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the first nights after reservation and remaining amount 30 days before arrival. If cancel ,no show,or remaining amount will not be paid during the policy time,in case of violation of these rules and policy,the reservation and accommodation service will be cancelled with non refundable conditions. Pets : 25 euro per pet per day.
